The project is an ongoing housing estate comprises *10,000 units* of flats ranging from *12 units of 2 bedrooms* in a building & *12 units 3 bedroom flats* in a building & *terrace duplexes* , as well, it has also massive Infrastructures, roads, water facilities, street lights & other necessary facilities, all will be built *on approx 270 hectares* of land acquired from FCDA

The total nos of the houses when completed will be 10,000 units of houses in the project plan which will *cost about #150billion* with cost of Infrastructures.
Note that the project is already designed, approved at the development control of Federal Capital Development Administration FCDA, and project already commenced but stopped for financial issues. there will be no need changing of project plan.
We need *capable financiers/ investors with proof of fund of at least #50billion naira* to take the project to reasonable stages for the offtakers. The estate for *build and sell* to Nigerian workers and many other general public individuals.
